Bread Bucket List

For a few months now, I've been obsessed with baking bread. I think it was back in October or November when I decided to get over my fear of yeast and just bake bread damn it. I bought a one-half kilogram pack of yeast and I've already used one third of it. Sadly, I didn't take any pictures for this blog. There's a lot of bread that I want to try but I have the worst memory. Hence, the need for a list. Here's a list of bread things (is breads a word? haha it sounds silly) I plan to make before my yeast expires or my shoulders give out on me from too much kneading, whichever comes first.

Already made but planning to make again:
- Cinnamon Rolls - done!
